Chisholm Trail Longhorn Beef is a rancher-owned and – operated cooperative. We raise our Longhorns locally on small, family ranches where they’re free to roam as nature intended. They graze in pastures, eat the grass they’re supposed to eat and thrive without added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.

Thanks to their natural diet and free-roaming activity, pasture-raised Longhorns from Chisholm Trail place far less stress on the natural environment than cattle raised on factory farms. And this combination of diet and activity is why Chisholm Trail Longhorn Beef is so much leaner and healthier than conventional beef.
